What did we buy?!

The only picture on the MLS listing - never a good sign! The gable on the front was actually rotted and the lender would not approve the loan until it was fixed. It's only there temporarily, however, as we plan to extend the hip roof off the front of the house as well to bring out the mid-century modern bones of the ranch.
